Thai Country Club

  Thai Country club: an exclusive member’s only club which has hosted many European and Asian Golf Tour events. This is a truly brilliant course and the facilities are excellent. The Thai Country Club has been voted the “Best course in Thailand” in 2001 and 2006 and is one of the most challenging championship layouts in Asia. From the magnificent club house (voted best in Asia in 2006), to the immaculate fairways and greens, this is a truly wonderful golf experience.

The restaurant facilities match everything else about the complex and will bring a fitting end to what will have been a magnificent day. The golf club has extensive club hire, buggy hire and caddies.

 Alpine Golf Club

Alpine Golf Club: an exclusive member’s only club that has excellent facilities and a superbly managed course. Alpine Golf Club has hosted many European and Asia Tour events including Jonnie Walker Classic in 2002 and 2004. Although only 10 years old this course already has an enviable reputation as one of the best golf facilities in Thailand. A challenging 7100 yards off the championship tees, this course has a range of tees that will suit all standards of golfers. The clubhouse and general facilities will make you want to have the round of your life. The restaurants will match up to your expectations at this wonderful venue.

 

 

 

Muang Kaew Golf Club

 Recently redesigned by Lee Schmidt of Mission Hills, China, Amata Springs and Chiangmai Highlands fame the Muang Kaew Golf Course features 18 subtlety guarded greens most of which are elevated, set in a parkland environment with lakes and klongs winding their way through the golf course. The holes are lines with a variety of mature trees, The fairways are generous to give the golfer space to circumvent the bunkering and challenging greens.  The real challenge is positioning off the tee – the pin position dictates the area on the fairway to be on. The short game practice facilities feature two tiff eagle putting greens, chipping area and practice bunker. Par 72, a challenging 7200 yards of the championship tees but a more playable 6500 yards from the normal tees.
 
 Navatanee Golf Course

 Navatanee Golf Course is an exclusive course. It was built in 1973 specifically to host the 23^rd World Cup of Golf in 1975. The majestic layout was the result of the vision of its Founder, Sukum Navapan, being skillfully brought to life by world-renowned Architect, Robert Trent Jones Jr. s’ philosophy, which was to create a course that was tough for the professional golfers yet provided an enjoyable challenge for golfers of more modest talent. He transformed paddy fields into a 6,902-yard championship course of truly international standards, and his first masterpiece in Asia.
  
 

Summit Pinehurst Golf and Country Club

 Summit Pinehurst Golf and Country Club: 27 hole complex that has extensive corporate facilities. Not the longest golf course on our list but more than makes up for this with a great variety and complexity of holes. The golf complex consists of a hotel and serviced apartments that will meet every need. A very challenging golf course that is one of our favourites.The golf club has extensive club hire, buggy hire and caddies.

   
Bangkok Golf Club

 Bangkok Golf Club: Exclusive club with excellent facilities. A very challenging golf course with excellent greens. The golf course measures nearly 7000 yards off the championship tees and includes an island green, an island tee and the most exciting waterfall hole you will ever play!! The golf course has excellent facilities including a driving range, comprehensive pro shop and a number of really good restaurants. This golf course specialises in night golf which is a must do thing.

 Royal Gems Golf Club

 Playing to 7,107 yards from the blue tees, the par 72 layout features deep blue lakes, narrow fairways, deep rough, big bunkers and huge greens. The member’s only course is one of most stylish of all the golf courses in the greater Bangkok area. The course has a mixture of American, Scottish and Thai features. Although relatively flat, each hole has been individually sculpted and presents its own array of challenges, usually clearly visible from the tee. The par-five holes are testing and three of the four par-three holes require the tee shot to be hit directly over water to reach the green. Water is often in play, so too the excellent fairway and greenside bunkering. Wonderful arrays of trees line the holes to catch occasional wayward shots.
 
  

Pattaya

 Burapha Golf Club

36 hole complex designed by David Graham and Gary Panks.

Both courses are immaculate and offer golfers of all standards a good test of their abilities. A regular venue on the Thai-Professional Tour. Buggies are compulsory at this venue. Greenwood Golf and Resort (Noble Place Golf Club)

27 hole complex designed by Wolveridge and Thompson.

Peter Thompson (5 times winner of British Open), was one half of the design team that developed this lovely course. The courses have a range of tees that will suit all standards of golfers. It looks stunning, but beware do not be seduced by this beautiful Thai creatures charms. Get out of position and the beauty becomes a beast. Laem Chabang International Country Club

27 hole complex designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, (need we say more).

Complex is divided into mountain, lake and valley. As for the layout on each hole you know what you’re going to get with Jack!!  Banyan Golf Club

Black Mountain Golf Club

Black Mountain is the 7th and newest golf course in Hua Hin and was transformed from lush jungle and pineapple plantations. The course is set in a valley, just next to the “Black Mountain’s”, which are so named because of the large black rocks set into the mountains, providing a nice backdrop to many of the holes.
The golf course looks as natural as possible and maintains many of the original features of the site. The most important of these are the natural creeks that run throughout the course and the rocks that have been used as design features on many of the holes. Many of the original trees have been kept and many new trees have been planted to frame the holes.

   

Lake View Hotel & Golf Club

Inland through small farms & pineapple plantations Lake View is another example of the quality of Golf Courses in and around Hua Hin. The design of this championship course conveys a sense of adventure. Hidden greens, mature palm trees and well defined fairways are on offer throughout this course, and spot decisions have to be made from the opening hole, as potential problems lie ahead.  Majestic Creek Country Club

The course is located 20 km from Hua Hin along a chain of hills in a natural environment. There are 27 holes. Majestic Creek is a perfect blend of an ambitious course with the environment. Almost all fairways have got water hazards (small lakes or creeks) as well as several bunkers. For a good score, precise shots and good nerves are required.
